Cat Island Hurricane Relief Efforts Get Moving

HUMANITARIAN efforts to donate $25,000 worth of hurricane relief supplies to people in Cat Island - thwarted by local red-tape - eventually started to move ahead late yesterday when the supplies were taken from the ship's flatbeds to a shed ready for distribution. They had been locked down at the Smith's Bay dock for four days.
